• Gold, Silver, and Bronze skill divisions within an age group created when possible
• Player awards for 1st Place and 2nd Place
• Teams stay to play rules in effect
• Teams staying in hotels will NOT be required to play Friday night
• Teams are required to register and pay prior to being scheduled

• BVB International Academy North Texas's tournaments are unrestricted and sanctioned through the North Texas Soccer Association.  We accept official team rosters from US Club Soccer, SAY, USSSA, AYSO, and USYSA State Associations (STYSA, OSA, etc.).  
• Teams must be registered through one of the above organizations and all team paperwork must be from the same organization.  More information about which documents are required can be found at http://www.BVBTournaments.com (Link to rules)
• Example:    Teams MAY NOT mix USYSA (NTSSA, STYSA, OSA, etc.) official rosters with US Club Soccer Player Loan forms or vice versa.

• In the U4-U10 age groups, no guest players are allowed.  U11-U19 may have a maximum of 5 guest players.  In addition to 5 guest players, teams may utilize Club Pass players.
• All players, including guest players, must be listed on the team's online GotSport roster before check-in.
• The Players must present picture identification cards issued by the team's Federation Organization Member (USYS, AYSO, other).
• Teams from outside the State Association, where the tournament is located,d must provide proof of permission to travel.

• All Paperwork goes through www.gotsport.com 
• Certified Roster through one of the following options:
   

a. USYSA State Association signed roster (NTSSA, OSA, STYSA, etc…) All players must be included, and roster must be signed.

b. US Club Soccer Official Roster. Each player must have a Card Valid data. If NO CARD is listed for a player then that player has not completed their US Club registration, and they are not eligible to play. If a player is registered on another US Club Soccer Official Roster, then we will need a completed US Club Soccer Player Loan Form for that player.

• Eligible Guest/Loaned players must:
   

a) Be added as a guest in GotSport with a photo

b) Provide a US Club Player Loan form with check in documents 11U-19U may have a maximum of 5 guest players.In addition to 5 guest players, teams may utilize Club Pass players. Player Loan/ Guest Player Release will need to be uploaded to Gotsport.

All players, including guest players, must be listed on the team's online GotSoccer roster prior to check-in.

It is BVB International Academy America’s desire to make the online tournament check in as easy as possible.It is our priority to maintain an integrity of the age divisions to provide a fair experience for all players.Our tournament series is sanctioned through the North Texas Soccer Association although we do accept teams sanctioned through North Texas Soccer Association, US Club, USYSA.Travel permits for out of state teams will are required.Our goal is for every player to play, and we will work with you to achieve that whenever possible.
